Expert Care in Women's Health Starts Here

Can YOU relate...?

  • Your not sleeping like you used to — you wake up hot, restless, or wide awake at 3 a.m.

  • Your mood feels unpredictable — one moment calm, the next irritated or teary.

  • Weight seems to stick no matter how clean you eat or how much you move.

  • You’re always feeling tired — running on empty but always trying to keep up.

  • Bloating, cravings, and brain fog are weighing on you day-to-day

  • Your cycle has changed — it’s lighter, heavier, or more unpredictable than before.

  • Your libido has tanked and your relationship is feeling it.

  • You feel unlike yourself — like your energy, motivation, and confidence have faded.

Hi, I'm Dr. Shadi Tabaei

As a naturopathic doctor with a clinical focus in women's hormone health, I've helped thousands of women overcome hormonal challenges and feel like themselves again. From PMS and PCOS to perimenopause and menopause, my approach is rooted in understanding the unique factors driving your symptoms.

Rather than simply treating the symptoms, I focus on finding and addressing the root cause of hormone imbalances through comprehensive assessments and evidence-informed care. Every treatment plan is personalized to help restore balance, improve energy, and support your long-term health so you can thrive at every stage of life.

Are you ready for a change?

How it works

Step 1. Thorough Assessment

You deserve more than 15 minutes from your doctor. To make meaningful changes to your health and get to the root cause we need to dig deep. This starts with a thorough health history assessment, review of bloodwork and imaging, dietary tracking, and more.

Step 2. Targeted Treatment Plan

With Dr. Shadi's expertise you'll get a custom treatment plan tailored to getting to the root of your health problems. The tools of a naturopathic doctor are many but include dietary and lifestyle support, specialized testing, herbs, nutrients, acupuncture, hormone therapy, and more.

Step 3. Support Healing

Supporting your healing means making sure its going in the right track.  We'll troubleshoot problems, go over new findings, and maybe even add in a few things that will really move the needle on your health.
